Captain Clay Higgins, a former police captain of Saint Landry Parish, also explained in his nationalistic speech titled "America United" how US has changed over the past few years.
In his video speech, he said that the US is 'no longer trusted by its own allies' and that the country's status as 'a powerful nation' has been diminished.
He also accused that the US government is run by thieves, and that the US 'faces a 20 thrillion dollar debt'.
Higgins also went viral a few months ago after a 'tough talking' video of him with other heavily-armed men asked a local gang, 'Gremlins', to surrender. He became controversial for using a the Christian word 'heathen'.
